PLEASE NOTE: If you are under 18 or over 39 or have a medical condition stated on the form then you must have a completed medical declaration/consent form either signed by a parent or signed and stamped by a doctor. If you arrive without a completed form you will not be allowed to jump. Between the ages of 18 - 39 you will be asked to complete and sign the form yourself on the day. TERMS & CONDITIONS

All courses must be booked in advance and the appropriate deposit paid to reserve yourself a place on the date of your choice. Jumping normally takes place Saturdays and Sundays. This means if anyone wishes to change dates, this must be done with a minimum of 4 weeks notice. All deposits reserve your place and deny someone else that place. Therefor ALL deposits are strictly "NON REFUNDABLE" Once any paper work has been completed or any training given ANY money paid becomes "NON REFUNDABLE" Each person must complete all training. Late arrivals may lose their place or be moved to a future date if available and upon payment of a £35 re-booking fee. Any medical or parental consent forms must be brought on the day of your jump. For requirements see the details above. A specific form is required and can either be sent to you or you can download and print it from the links above. A letter from your GP is not acceptable of your proof of fitness to jump. We cannot allow you to train or jump without these forms so please ensure you have them with you or you may lose out. If you have chosen to print the medical/parental consent form from the links on this page, please note that the two sides of the form MUST be printed on the same piece of paper back to back. If they are printed on two sheets of paper, it is invalid and you will not be allowed to train or jump. Also a re-booking fee of £35 becomes payable if you wish to come back on a future date. You must also bring the balance payable in cleared funds. Cash is preferable or a cheque with guarantee card to cover the amount. No payment of any balances will forfeit your place and deposit. If you do not get to do your jump on the day for any reason, you MUST re-book that day for a date in the following four weeks. If you are the organiser of a group it is your responsibility to make sure each member of the group is aware of these terms and conditions. Any voucher is either booked for a specific date or left open dated for a period of 6 months until a date is booked. After this the remainder of the 6 months is not open any more and the terms continue as for having booked a specific date.. Any "no shows" will be charged a re-booking fee of £35. A voucher may be extended for a further 6 months upon payment of a £35 re-booking fee.
